The America’s Resilience 250 Fellowship is a two‑year national leadership program established by the Djaha Family Foundation in partnership with International President Organization USA (IPO USA), both projects of tghe International President Organization Worldwide to prepare a new generation of American leaders for the nation’s next chapter. Launched in honor of the United States’ 250th anniversary, the fellowship brings together 50 exceptional leaders committed to strengthening democratic institutions, expanding economic opportunity, and advancing America’s role in a rapidly changing world.

Fellows engage in advanced leadership development, cross‑sector collaboration, and strategic dialogues that equip them to navigate an era defined by geopolitical competition, technological disruption, and societal transformation.
Our Vision
To build a diverse, high‑impact cohort of young civic leaders who will strengthen democratic institutions, foster cross‑community understanding, and advance solutions to the social, economic, and civic challenges facing the United States. Through rigorous leadership development, national dialogue, and community‑based engagement, the program aims to prepare participants to serve as catalysts for civic renewal and long‑term national resilience.


What Fellows Experience

About Djaha Family Foundation
The Djaha Family Foundation is a philanthropic mobilization and strategic resource mobilization organization dedicated to advancing the leadership potential and mental well‑being of young women in Northern Virginia and young African women in Côte d’Ivoire. We mobilize financial, social, and community resources to create pathways for emerging women leaders to thrive—equipping them with the skills, confidence, and support systems needed to drive meaningful change.
Our work focuses on leadership systems change design development, mental health support, and community empowerment, recognizing that sustainable progress begins with investing in the next generation of women changemakers.
